Hi there!
We're Chris & Ana.
As lifelong pet lovers, we've always had a passion for caring for animals. Throughout our lives, we've found joy in looking after pets, whether they belonged to friends, family, or neighbors. Our professional journey together began in New Zealand in 2016, where we spent nearly 2 years full-time house-sitting. During that time, we cared countless dogs and cats across 16 different homes.
Ana also dedicated time to fostering street dogs, ensuring they were fixed, defleaed, house-trained, and placed in furrever homes.

These experiences shaped our love for animals and solidified our commitment to providing them with the best care possible. Now settled in Vancouver, BC, we’re excited to open our pet-friendly home to neighborhood dogs. With both of us working from home, we have the flexibility to give pets the attention and care they deserve. We love taking dogs out for walks, runs, or even hikes, and we find joy in every furry break that brightens our day.
A few more details
Our home is non-cluttered environment and kept clean. Garbage, recycle, compost and cleaning supplies are out of reach of pets. We have a doggy gate that separates living room from the rest of the home as a way to keep pets out of harm's way if they have a tendency to go into stuff while unsupervised. We also have a GPS tracker we can attach to your pup's collar/harness when going on walks, and a waistband leash that hooks up to 2 dogs at a time, if your pups have a habit of suddenly bolting after a squirrel or cat. Lastly, we have a CCTV installed in the living room to be able to check on pets when left alone.
Meet Noodles!
Our newest employee
Noodles is our own little foster fail from Mexico's Holbox Animal Sanctuary, who found her way into our hearts (and home!) thanks to the amazing efforts of Piña Perros Dog Rescue. With boundless enthusiasm and an constantlt wagging tail, she’s here to welcome your dog, help them settle in, and make every stay extra fun.
A little bit about her:
Noodles is a 1 year-old Whippet/Terrier mix (as far as we can tell at least!) who adores making both dog and human friends alike. She loves play time as much as midday naps in the sun, and is always up for a walk, hike or good sprint at an off-leash park.
To make sure your pup has the best experience, Noodles would love to meet you and your dog during a meet-and-greet in the park! This helps everyone get acquainted in a fun, relay and makes boarding stays even smoother.
We can’t wait for you to meet her on your next visit!

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Welcome to beautiful Mt. Pleasant
The area boasts numerous parks and green spaces, where dogs can explore and enjoy the outdoors. Some of our favorites ones are China Creek Park North, with its serpentine path through its pollinator garden and 1-mile long walking loop, tranquil Sahalli Park, and the well-known, vibrant Dude Chilling (Guelph) Park.
Notably, the neighborhood is also home to a couple off-leash dog areas, allowing your pup to run free, play, and socialize with other doggos and humans alike.
